North Duplin cruises past Rosewood

GOLDSBORO — The North Duplin softball team won an away conference game at Rosewood 11-1 May 4.

Reece Outlaw had four hits (including a home run), three runs and one stolen base; Addy Higginbotham had three hits, three runs and three RBI; Lilly Fulghum had three hits (including a home run), three runs, one walk and one stolen base; Riley Hatch had one hit and one run, Sara Thomas Tucker had one hit and one RBI, M’chelle Jaco had one hit and one run and Ady Spence had one walk.

Fulghum was the winning pitcher with a complete game.

The Rebels are 17-2 overall and 10-0 in conference games.
