North Duplin wins over Rosewood

CALYPSO — The North Duplin baseball team defeated Rosewood 7-4 March 30.

Richard Noble had three hits, one run, four RBI and one walk; Garris Warren had two hits and one run, Brady Byrd had one hit, one run and one stolen base; Tyler Johnsey had one hit, one run and one RBI, Austin Duff had one RBI, Hunt Pate had two runs, one RBI and one walk; Wesley Holmes had one walk and Eric Rosas had one walk.

Rosas was the winning pitcher, working 4 2/3 innings. Noble pitched 2 1/3 innings.

The Rebels are 9-2 overall and 3-0 in conference play.
