North Duplin girls advance

CALYPSO — The North Duplin girls’ basketball team defeated Oxford Prep 73-19 Feb. 21 in the first round of the state playoffs.

No individual statistics were available. The Rebels improved to 22-1 and will host Voyager in the second round Feb. 23.
