University of Mount Olive students from a variety of majors recently toured Atlantic Casualty Insurance Company (ACIC) in Goldsboro recently.

“Atlantic Casualty Insurance Company is often referred to as the hidden gem of Wayne County,” said Tillman School of Business Assistant Dean Waylon Woodall.  “We are extremely grateful to them for continuing to partner with us and provide opportunities like this for our students. I could tell the students had a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was my first time personally visiting the location, and I was particularly impressed with the size of the campus, the logistics of the event, the individuals we met, and their culture as a whole.”

Students toured the ACIC campus to gain exposure of the many facets of the business. They heard from company representatives who spoke to them about their daily roles and  numerous job and internship opportunities.  The event ended with a dinner and networking.
