South Johnston squeaks past Southern Wayne

FOUR OAKS — The Southern Wayne baseball team lost a road conference game 1-0 to South Johnston April 27.

Cuyler Daly and Jake Coates each had one hit and Alex Ferrell and Brayden McKee each had one walk.

Drew Sweet pitched a complete game.

The Saints are 13-6 overall and 7-5 in conference games.
