North Duplin routs Union

CALYPSO — The North Duplin softball team won a home conference game against Union 17-2 April 20.

Lilly Fulghum had three hits (including a home run), three runs, two RBI and one stolen base; Reece Outlaw had two hits (including a home run), four runs, one RBI, one walk and two stolen bases; Addy Higginbotham had two hits, four runs, one RBI, two walks and three stolen bases; Kasey Jones had two hits, two runs, two RBI, one walk and three stolen bases; Riley Hatch had one run, one RBI, two walks and one stolen base; M’chelle Jaco had one RBI and was hit by a pitch, Melany Sanchez had two runs and two stolen bases and Ady Spence had two stolen bases.

Spence pitched two innings and Fulghum three.

The Rebels are 13-2 overall and 6-0 in conference games.
