Southern Wayne boys, girls fall to East Wake
WENDELL — The Southern Wayne boys’ and girls’ basketball teams both lost at East Wake Jan. 20.
The boys dropped a 40-33 decision while the girls fell by a 49-42 score. Individual statistics were not available. The boys team now has an 8-8 record and is 5-3 in conference play. The girls are 12-5 and 6-2 in conference play.
